Site Analysis.
Based on decades of experience designing Lake, Mountain, and In-Town homes, we start each project with a thorough site analysis to understand slope, views, setbacks, and potential environmental issues. Using this information, we create an initial site plan to help you realize the benefits of your specific home site and the design capabilities for your luxury home.
Conceptual Designs.
Once we understand the possibilities of your home site, we lead you through a series of design questions to understand how you will use the home, what features are more important to you, and what you expect once the home is completed. With this information, our design team creates conceptual elevations and floorplans based on your specific needs and wants.
Design Parti.
This is a guided process to help you identify and organize your specific style. From the exterior elements and the design of your home to the unique features inside and out, the Design Parti helps us to determine exactly what your home will look like.
Final Reveal.
As part of the all-inclusive luxury building experience™, we collaborate with Dillard-Jones and Tribus Interior Design to create a final presentation that shows you what to expect moving forward. Our part of the presentation includes 3D Renderings, Elevations, Design Elements, and Floor Plans.
